• Provides developmental advising and counseling support to students on academic probation or students facing

• Coordinates Orfalea’s Mentor Connection Program and Orfalea OutREACH, the college’s Faculty and Staff online
referral system.
• Manages developmental programming, workshops, and student success initiatives.
